We are excited to progress with your application. In preparation for your induction and First Responder training and development, you are required to attain a HLTAID011 Provide First Aid qualification.

• If you have a valid HLTAID011 Provide First Aid qualification, please send a copy of your certificate to volunteer@stjohnvic.com.au. You may then proceed to attend to your next steps and are not required to fill in the below form.
• If you do not have a valid HLTAID011 Provide First Aid qualification, please complete the below training request booking form.

IMPORTANT: You must have completed your HLTAID011 Provide First Aid prior to attending your induction. You will be denied attendance if you have not provided proof of your Provide First Aid qualification.

Step 2: Complete the below form by providing 2 preferred training dates.

Upon submitting the below booking request, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service team. Please allow for up to 5 business days.
