Note: A cancellation fee will apply if: A cancellation, or request to transfer the training to another date, is received less than 5 business days before the course commencement, after a course has commenced or no participants attend the course as scheduled. The cancellation fee is the cost of the course.
We will provide a refund or exchange for any product delivered to you if damaged or faulty. Notification of claims, shortages or returns must be made within fourteen (14) days for replacement or refund. Product must be in their original packaging. Title does not transfer until full payment is received.
The following procedure in respect of returning products and making claims in conjunction with any alleged breach of any express or implied term, condition or warranty is designed to facilitate prompt handling of customer claims.
At St John (VIC)’s discretion, goods incorrectly ordered by the customer must be notified by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and returned within 14 days in original condition to St John Ambulance Australia (Victoria). Please quote invoice number. All returns at the customer’s expense.
