FIRST AID COURSE REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY

A full refund will be provided if:

  • St John (VIC) cancels a class and cannot nominate a suitable attendance date; or
  • A notice is given by the participant at least five (5) working days prior to the commencement of the course

Note: Refunds may require a written request

A transfer may be permitted if:

  • The first aid course is completed within three (3) months of original course date (the course transfer will incur a $20.00 administration fee)

No refund or transfer will be given:

  • If the class has already commenced
  • If no notice is provided

Note: A cancellation fee will apply if: A cancellation, or request to transfer the training to another date, is received less than 5 business days before the course commencement, after a course has commenced or no participants attend the course as scheduled. The cancellation fee is the cost of the course.

PRODUCT/MERCHANDISE REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We will provide a refund or exchange for any product delivered to you if damaged or faulty. Notification of claims, shortages or returns must be made within fourteen (14) days for replacement or refund. Product must be in their original packaging. Title does not transfer until full payment is received.

RETURNED PRODUCT/MERCHANDISE AND CLAIMS PROCEDURE

The following procedure in respect of returning products and making claims in conjunction with any alleged breach of any express or implied term, condition or warranty is designed to facilitate prompt handling of customer claims.

At St John (VIC)’s discretion, goods incorrectly ordered by the customer must be notified by emailing customer.service@stjohnvic.com.au and returned within 14 days in original condition to St John Ambulance Australia (Victoria). Please quote invoice number. All returns at the customer’s expense.
