Important Systems Outage Update - 4 September 2026 16:00

St John Ambulance Victoria is currently experiencing outages across the system which process training bookings and product orders for our customers.

This includes the following tasks:

• a temporary delay issuing new certificates to students following the class

• a temporary delay with issuing invoices to customers

• temporary delay with issuing confirmation emails and the issuing of the Student Readiness page and providing access to Student pre-learning

• transfers between classes

• reprinting and validating certificates already issued

• delay in shipping merchandise orders

• delay in sending virtual training packs

If your request is urgent, please contact our customer experience team who will try their best to assist you attend your class or receive the information you need. We have extended our contact centre hours beyond our normal 8.30am-5:00pm hours, please call 03 8588 8590 for assistance on Saturday between 9am-12pm and on Sunday between 1pm-4pm.

Please be assured the issue does not in any way affect patient transport or event health operations.
