Participants of this training need to be made aware that the material can be sensitive and covers suicide. If participants have experienced mental illness, a recent death, or going through a difficult life transition they should speak with a trusted professional before enrolling in this program. If the company has EAP, please ensure printed brochures are available during training. Also, provide the name of a contact person (in HR or equivalent) who can be contacted if a staff member requires additional support on the day. (EAP to be emailed to your St John contact at least 3 business days before the training date)

Training supplies may be delivered to the venue 1-2 business days before the training and collected 1-2 business days after the training. A secured storage area of 2m x 2m is required. Please provide all the information required for courier delivery**, including: · Primary and Secondary Contact person · Phone number/s · Entry point (e.g. loading bay 123 Little Collins Street, door 4). ** All training held in Collins Street must provide a delivery address in Little Collins Street.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, which could require changes to your training schedule. Our policy for cancellations and date transfers is outlined below. By submitting this registration form, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to the policy below to ensure that you avoid any unexpected fees.

  • 5 or more business days’ notice: No amendment fee applies for cancellations or transfers to an alternative date.
  • 3–4 business days’ notice: A 50% amendment fee (based on the minimum course rate) applies for cancellations or transfers.
  • 2 business days or less notice: A 100% amendment fee (based on the minimum course rate) applies for cancellations or transfers.

Upon receipt, your booking will be processed (subject to date availability), and a confirmation email will be sent, which will include:

  • A booking confirmation – to be reviewed and accepted at least 5 business days before the training

  • A link to upload participant details – to be completed at least 2 business days before training. Please note: if pre-learning is required, participant details must be uploaded at least 5 business days before the training

  • Once participant details are submitted via the link, each participant will receive their own confirmation email containing a student readiness link to record their USI (required for certificate issuance), provide permission for certificate sharing, and access any required pre-learning
