Support St John Ambulance Victoria at Grill’d This January
We are thrilled to share that St John Ambulance Victoria is one of three frontline organisations featured in the Grill’d Local Matters national takeover this January, a special campaign designed to celebrate Our Community Heroes and support organisations that make a real impact across Australia.
Across all 178 Grill’d restaurants nationwide, Grill’d is inviting customers to vote for the charity they want to support simply by dropping a token into the Local Matters jar when they purchase a burger or salad.
How you can help
Getting involved is quick and meaningful:
- Visit your local Grill’d
- Order your favourite meal
- Drop your token in the St John jar
Each token is a vote, and your vote directly helps communities by backing St John’s lifesaving work.
What’s at stake
This year, Grill’d has committed $89,000 across three charities supporting frontline workers: St John Ambulance Australia, the Australian College of Nursing Foundation, and Police Care Australia. The organisation with the most votes will receive $53,400, and the remaining two will each receive $17,800.
Why your vote matters
By choosing St John when you place your token, you help strengthen our ability to:
- Train more Australians in lifesaving first aid and CPR
- Support our volunteers and frontline teams
- Be there for communities when emergencies happen
In the past year alone, St John Ambulance Australia supported more than three million Australians and is backed by nearly 12,000 volunteers nationwide, a network of everyday heroes who are ready to help whenever they’re needed.
Be part of something bigger
The Grill’d Local Matters program has given back over $7 million to more than 30,000 local community groups and organisations since it began in 2011, and this national campaign continues that tradition of community support and connection.
So, this January, make your meal matter. Visit Grill’d, drop your token in the St John Ambulance Victoria jar, and help power lifesaving care across Victoria and beyond. Because when it comes to supporting community safety, every vote counts.
