A local cricket club was recently targeted by local thieves for the third time in three years with each theft resulting in the loss of their much-needed Defibrillator.

St John Ambulance Victoria advocates that every sports club should be equipped with a Defibrillator at all times to ensure they’re ready to respond if a cardiac arrest strikes.

It’s understood how difficult it can be for a sports club to raise the funds to buy the piece of medical equipment so St John took it upon themselves to gift Mt Clear Cricket Club with a new Defibrillator.
