It was excellent - Maree was articulate, engaging, supportive and such a professional. The delivery method of the practical, videos and even the scenarios on screen were excellent really gave you a vision of real life first aid situations. I really liked the mixed method of delivery and also asking questions after each section rather than at the very end of the day was ideal - really got you to focus on how and if you retained the information.
