Important Systems Outage Update

St John Ambulance Victoria recently experienced a systems outage that impacted a range of customer services, including training bookings, student certificates, invoices and product orders.

We are pleased to advise that the majority of our systems have now been restored. Our teams are working through outstanding customer requests and enquiries as quickly as possible, and we sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Services restored

The following services are now operational:

• Student certificates are now being issued following course completion. We are prioritising the oldest outstanding certificates first. If you urgently require your certificate, please https://verify.stjohnvic.com.au/customerservice/enquiry.

• Student Readiness pages are available.

• Booking confirmation emails are being issued within 24 to 48 hours of a booking being submitted.

• Student pre-learning is available.

• Student Readiness links included in emails sent before the outage are now active.

• Existing certificates can be reprinted and validated through our Certificate Verification Portal.

• Customer invoices are being issued.

• Virtual training packs are being dispatched.

• Merchandise order fulfilment and shipping have resumed.

Services still affected

The following service remains impacted:

• Transfers between training classes.

We are continuing to work on restoring this functionality and will provide updates as they become available.
